Meeting called to Order at 7pm
Adoption of Previous Minutes dated February 8th 2016 was unanimously waived to allow continued planning for the Annual General Meeting.
Treasurers Report: Read by Mr. Robin Knowles. Strata Fees and Parking Fees are all up to date. Mr. Knowles outlined the upcoming budget for 2016/2017. Motion to accept the budget as present was unanimous.
-Fence panels have been painted, awaiting good weather to install
-Work is near completion for #14, minor touch-ups
-Reserve Data Analysis Report still pending
-Two requests for bathroom alternations, Owners must complete Renovation Descriptor and Liability Disclosure Form prior to Council approval.
The NEW mailboxes have been installed and Council has noted that some Owners have placed stickers on their boxes. These mailboxes are the property of Canada Post, and Council wishes to have the stickers removed so as to keep the mailboxes looking clean and tidy. When you received your key packages, the compartment and box number were marked. Council suggests keeping a record if you are unable to remember. Thank you for everyone’s cooperation in this matter.
With the time change recently, everyone should check the date on their smoke detectors to ensure they have not gone past their expiry date. A few Owners have experienced the smoke detectors beeping due to the backup battery needing to be replaced. It is recommended by the Fire Department that those batteries are replaced twice a year when the time changes. Considering there are no water sprinklers in our buildings, Owners must be vigilant in staying on top of the maintenance of their individual smoke alarms.
It is time to turn the outside water back on again. For Owners that are able please turn your water on slowly and gradually, then go outside and shut off the tap, then proceed to open the water line as normal. Mr. Erik Nielsen has been extremely busy with many projects in the Complex ongoing and if Owners could assist by doing it themselves or possibly asking your neighbor for assistance would be appreciated.

Next meeting will be March 28th 2016 to finalize the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting.

OWNER WILL RECEIVE A FINE UNDER RULE 1.2(4)”OWNERS
OR VISITORS SHALL NOT LEAVE VEHICLE ON DRIVEWAY
UNATTENDED, THE DRIVEWAY IS A DESIGNATED FIRE LANE”.
THE FINE FOR A RULE IS $50. COUNCIL HAS REMINDED
OWNERS (WHO MUST REMIND VISITORS) TO FOLLOW
THE RULES AS ESTABLISHED BY THE COLONIAL NW-2777.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IS APRIL 27TH 2016 IN THE CLUBHOUSE.
PRE-REGISTRATION AT 6:30PM AND MEETING TO START AT 7PM. PLEASE BRING
YOUR AGM PACKAGE TO THIS MEETING. A SERIES OF NEW POST DATED CHEQUES
WILL BE NEEDED FOR MAY 1ST 2016. IF YOU NEED TO ORDER CHEQUES PLEASE
DO THAT IN ORDER TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THEM READY FOR MAY 1ST 2016.
